Cynthia Birney - Guild Certified Feldenkrais Teacher (R). Specializing in pain-free, pleasurable movement.

"For a period of five years, since I fell and injured my left knee, walking has been increasingly painful.  Cynthia taught me a different way of walking that alleviates the pressure on my knee.  The results are miraculous.  Now I look forward to walking several miles at a time and can sleep without knee or leg pain."
